TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE FOR
PROPEL PHOTO BOOTHS
Effective Date: 10th July 2024
Parties:
Supplier: Propel Industries Ltd, Big Yellow Self Storage Hayes, 8a Canal Yard, Hayes Rd, Hounslow, Southall UB2 5NA, United Kingdom.
Client: The individual or organization hiring the photo booth.
Definitions:
Agreement: These Terms and Conditions of Service.
Service: The rental and operation of the photo booth at the Event.
Booking Fee: The agreed-upon fee for the Service.
Event: The date, location, and hire period of the photo booth.
Photo Booth Operation:
Propel guarantees the photo booth will be operational for at least 85% of the hire period, excluding necessary maintenance.
Payment:
A 50% non-refundable deposit secures the booking.
The remaining balance is due 1 month before the Event.
For extended corporate events, a higher deposit may be required.
Additional hours are charged at £100 per hour, idle hours at £15 per hour.
Additional time must be paid for in advance.
Access, Space & Power:
The Client provides an appropriate space and a table for the photo booth and equipment.
The Client ensures adequate power supply.
The Supplier is not responsible for power outages.
Network Coverage:
The Supplier is not liable for poor network signal.
The Client should notify the Supplier of any known signal issues in advance.
Date Changes & Cancellations:
Date change requests must be in writing at least 30 days in advance, subject to availability.
Cancellations forfeit the deposit.
The deposit and final payment are non-refundable.
Damage to Equipment:
The Client is responsible for any damage caused by misuse.
Weather:
Equipment is not waterproof and requires shelter in poor weather.
No refunds for rain, but relocation indoors may be possible.
Printer Failure:
The Supplier will reprint and deliver unprinted photos free of charge in case of printer malfunction.
Indemnification:
The Client indemnifies the Supplier against any liability related to the Event or the use of photos taken.
Image & Data Use:
Guests grant Propel a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use photos and email addresses for marketing and promotional purposes.
Guests release Propel from liability related to photo usage.
Instant social media sharing is an additional service; no refunds if the venue's Wi-Fi is unavailable.
The Supplier can provide data for the Event at an additional cost (if applicable).
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Data Protection:
Propel will handle all personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
